Common issues
Quick answers to the problems people hit most: no live data, a stuck run, or a crawl that only sees one page.
Common issues
- The live viewer shows no data — the run may not have reached the load stage yet, or it isn't streaming. The viewer tells you when it's connected; metrics appear once the load is running.
- A run looks stuck — runs clean up automatically; a stale row is swept to a terminal state by our janitor. Use Tear down / Reclaim resources on the Queue page if needed.
- A Site Check crawl only saw one page — your site is behind a CDN/WAF that blocked the crawler. Use Walk my site, or allow our checker at the edge.
