Welcome to Contexta

Contexta is a SaaS platform for structured decision-making. It helps teams analyse bid documents, RFPs, technical specifications, and procurement packs — turning unstructured text into actionable, scored requirements with gap analysis, cost estimation, and reliability scoring.

1. Log In

Sign in with your company credentials or Microsoft Entra ID.

2. Check Your Sidebar

Enabled plugins appear as tabs in the left sidebar.

3. Create a Project

In CEIUS, go to Context > New Project.

4. Upload & Analyse

Add documents, click Run Analysis, review results.

5. Use the Chatbot

The AI assistant in the bottom-right answers questions about any feature.

How accurate is the requirement extraction?+
Contexta achieves 85-95% accuracy on well-structured documents with clear requirements. For prose-heavy or informal documents, accuracy is typically 70-85%. The AI uses aggressive extraction — it's better to extract too many requirements (and merge later) than miss important ones.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Documents are stored in Azure UK South with complete tenant isolation. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Each company's data is logically isolated at the database level.
What file formats are supported?+
PDF, Microsoft Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and plain text files. For best results, use well-structured documents with clear headings and numbered sections.
Why does gap analysis always find issues?+
By design. Contexta takes the critical reviewer perspective — no document is perfect. This ensures nothing is overlooked. Even excellent specifications have gaps in coverage, ambiguous language, or missing thresholds. The goal is to surface these before they become project risks.
How do I improve my reliability score?+
Answer the clarification questions in Gap Analysis. Each answered question provides context that improves the score of affected requirements. You can also upload additional supporting documents to fill coverage gaps. Scores typically improve by 5-15 points per answered question.
Can I talk to a human?+
Yes! Click "Talk to Human" in the chatbot or go to Help > My Support Tickets to create a ticket. Our team responds within one business day. Use Ctrl+Alt+B to quickly capture a screenshot and send a bug report.
