CRM — contacts, pipeline, tasks, automation (admin)
The platform-admin CRM — manage contacts, the sales pipeline kanban, tasks, automation rules, email templates and the email log. How leads from Site Check / Studio flow through it.
# CRM — contacts, pipeline, tasks, automation (admin)
Platform-admin only, at **admin.contexta.uk**, under **CRM**.
The CRM tracks leads and customers across the platform — including the leads that
Site Check captures (email-gate) and Studio sign-ups.
## Contacts
The **Contacts** list is every CRM contact (search/filter). Open a contact for its
detail: company, activity history, tasks, and the events that created/updated it.
Site Check email-gate captures and paid sign-ups land here as contacts.
## Pipeline (kanban)
The **Pipeline** is a kanban board of deals/leads by stage. Drag a card between
stages, or open a stage to see its contacts. Use it to see where prospects are in
the funnel (free scan → email captured → upgrade → paid).
## Tasks
**Tasks** are follow-ups attached to contacts (call, email, check-in). Create, edit,
complete, or reassign. The dashboard surfaces tasks due today.
## Automation rules
**Automation rules** fire actions on events (e.g. "lead captured → send nurture
email", "payment failed → create a recovery task"). Each rule has a trigger event +
an action; create/edit/enable/disable them here. Rules run through the platform's
automation engine.
## Email templates + log
- **Email templates** — reusable email bodies the automation rules and manual sends
use. Create/edit them here.
- **Email log** — every email the platform sent (template used, recipient, status),
with stats. First stop when "did that email go out?"
All CRM data work runs through the core CRM/automation/email services; the cockpit is
the thin React surface over them.
